2007 Hyundai Entourage GLS, Engine/Propulsion Waveform
Delphi VVT control solenoid that is stuck- completely immobile. Note the rounded curve at the beginning of the amperage waveform (blue trace). Red trace is ground side control volts, manually tested at KOEO.
