1995 Subaru Legacy, BATT/Charging/Starting Waveform
Known bad. Suspect bad contacts in the starter solenoid. Starter makes a click noise and you can see that voltage (red) is still good on the large B cable at the starter, but very little amperage is flowing (blue).
