2000 Honda Accord EX, Photo
Stuck door latch on a 98 and up Honda Accord does NOT need to be drilled, there is a pin you can push down with a dental pick, then door will open right up so you can replace latch. When removing door panel i find it easiest to rotate up and counter clockwise.
