1996 Chevy 6.5L L56 (code S) diesel. Known bad turbocharger wastegate solenoid, causing fuel rate to spike down from 58 mm3 to 27 mm3, under hard acceleration from speeds around 60 mph, engine load of 99% and throttle wide open.
