2007 Saturn Aura XR, Emissions Scan Data
B1S1 O2 sensor voltage is low as vehicle goes from open loop to closed loop, because of cyl #3 misfire. Eventually the PCM adjusts fuel and the O2 voltage starts to look somewhat normal.
