2005 Ford E-450 Super Duty, ECM/Inputs/Outputs Waveform
Open Coil voltage & current from a misfiring fuel injector. Positive lead was on Coil positive and Negative lead was on Coil (-), both leads were backprobing the FICM connector. Notice the rapid increase in coil current. This coil passed the resistance test (0.6 ohms) but was still causing excessive current flow.
