2002 International 4000 4300, Fuel Supply Photo
O-Ring failure caused fuel filter to rupture. This was verified by removing high pressure oil line to supply [...] pushed on fuel primer and observed fuel coming out of oil supply fitting. Replaced O-Rings on all injectors. 330k miles original O-Rings.
