2001 Dodge Neon, ECM/Inputs/Outputs waveform
Top image is a new timing belt installed correctly while bottom image is worn belt that is 2 teeth off and in a no start condition from cam & crank in & out of sync. There was no spark while cranking but in acturator mode for coil there was spark.
