2001 Honda Passport EX, ECM/Inputs/Outputs photo
Wiring loom between PCM and drivers side front valve cover. Unwrapped and separated by tie wraps. Wiggling lower area that is taped with factory electrical tape causes reduced power light and check engine light to come on. Close up of area in second photo.
