1995 Dodge Neon, FP Waveform
Image is from a 1995 Neon that had a complaint of surging at cruise. Hard accel and Idle were fine. Fuel psi was 50 and steady. Volume not measured. No leakdown of PSI after 30 min. Suspect bad pump.
