2001 Cadillac DeVille, ECM/Inputs/Outputs Waveform
The Ignition 1 signal input PID reading is very erratic. At times it reads 0.2 or 0.9V steady. This is KOER or KOEO. The live reading using a scope at the input for this terminal (PCM Conn C1 term 63 PNK wire circuit #39) shows a good 13V or so with some noise...
