1995 Pontiac Grand Am, IC Circuit Waveform
yellow 7x ref. from ICM. Blue and green, PCM output to ICM. With failing PCM, I was not receiving the square waves to ICM on pins A,B. Note: the PCM does not read RPM's while cranking, so don't diagnose based on that!
