2004 Mercedes-Benz C230, Engine/Propulsion Photo
The red circle is the bolt to remove the belt tensioner. You must
remove everything on the left side of the engine to get to that one
and only bolt that holds the tension on. That includes the air filter
hosing, intake manifold and the super charger.
