1995 subaru CKP CMP sync , the CMP sensor is failing as shown by the partial dropout here . there is a DTC for the CMP sensor as well -

But the CMP CKP sync shown here is correct , Vacuum at hot idle is 19' and rock steady solid - 100 feet above sea level.
