1998 Volvo V70, Ignition - Ground, Ignition - Primary Waveform
1998 Volvo 4D Wangon with 2.9 cranks but no start. Check at ignition module # 1 (service socket- red/wht wire )module can not pull to ground Waveform is showing about 9volts. THE CAUSE WAS A LOOSE GROUND UNDER INTAKE .
