1997 Mercury Sable, ECM/Inputs/Outputs Waveform
Flat Transceiver with the key laying ontop of it. Transciever plugged in and the scantool Transmit function enabled. The TX signal (CH4 Red) and the RX signal (CH3 Blue) are both being pulsed as they should. Why will this key not learn?
