1997 Mercury Sable, ECM/Inputs/Outputs Waveform
Halo Transceiver. Transceiver unplugged from the PATS module harness and the Transmit function on the scan tool turned on. Why does the TX signal (CH4 Red) now pulse all the way to ground?
