1998 Chevrolet Cavalier, ABS Wheel Speed Sensors Scandata
This turned out to be a connection problem at the wheel speed sensor. Tightened the connector and used Stabilant enhancer to get sensor to work properly. Notice the speed sensor didn't drop out, instead it jumped up in speed.
