2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse, B+, GND Waveform
This looks like too much noise to me. Even with KOEO the noise is still there. Also the ground is riding too high. This was due to a lack of body ground. Someone had replaced part of the ground cable at the battery, but failed to hook it up to the body. The bo...
