1994 Chevrolet Lumina, IC Circuit Waveform
In this case, this is not the ICM's fault. This is a new AC Delco ICM to repair a no start...which it did. After the repair, however, the engine had no power. This turned out to be caused by a faulty PCM caused by moisture intrusion.
