1995 Volkswagen Jetta, Ignition - Primary, Ignition - Secondary Waveform
this is a bad coil during wot snap dry - has internal path to ground on 2ndary side at about 18kv , does not seem to have any noticable affect on primary coil current . 2 cylinders have exceeded the threshold 2 have not .
