1998 Dodge Grand Caravan ES, ECM/Inputs/Outputs Waveform
Here we have the computer turning the fan relay off and on as it sees fit. The more on time the more it needs to cool off the coolant and the faster the fans turn. To me this is over kill. Why can't the computer just turn on the fan and be done with it?
