Bad PCM shorting PIP to ground ( intermittent when hot),and corresponding dropout of SPOUT. Also appears to have SPOUT problem even when PIP is OK. Had code 18 ( SPOUT ckt open), PCM not listed in O.E. diagnostics as a cause of problem.
