2015 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid, ECM/Inputs/Outputs Waveform
This had a bad actuator switch (E-CVVT), or more specifically a bad internal connection because of oil contamination at the actuator contacts. See 15-01-022-1 E-CVVT SEAL SEATING (SERVICE CAMPAIGN TX3)
