1990 Geo Tracker, Ignition - Secondary Waveform
this is caused by tight valve adjustment , cold only , intake vacuum was 11' with flickers down cold idle before and 20.5' steady at hot idle after valve adjustment AND induction cleaning . 150k miles TBI system.
