Complaint: Failed HC (3.31) and NOX (3.97) emissions tested on state dyno measuring grams/mile. There were no codes and the car ran fine. Couldn`t see a problem on my gas bench no load, testing PPM & %, and no NOX capability on my bench. Found 6 shorted inject...
