Thank you everyone for the replies. I did try a different ECM - no change. Went back to the basics (thank you Jeffery, Steve, Nester) - turns out the base idle screw was indeed set too high & the ISC Servo was not working correctly & had the MPS sensor settin... Trouble codes: 1 (O2 SENSOR wiring was chewed - ran temp jumper to ECM no more code).
