None of the scanners we had would get the 48 volt circuit going. We had it sent to local dealer for a coding and it charged after that. Thanks for all the help.

Thank you all for your help, im closing this help request for know im going to drop the pan to inspect the cylinders and im also sending out a oil sample to try and narrow down what the issue is...thank you all again.
