2007 Ford Focus SE 2.0L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Surge, MIL Lamp on VIN: 1FAHP31N67
This one has me puzzled. At idle it runs lean, LTFT goes around 25%, and the engine starts to surge. Rev the engine, say 2500-3000rpm, and it goes way rich, LTFT goes around -25%. At idle if I add propane, the fuel trims go normal and the idle smooths out....

Thank you to everyone who replied! I ended up putting a new serpentine belt on with no change. After talking to the customer, I found out that he replaced the motor himself and that he replaced several sensors including the CKP sensor with sensors from ford. I... Trouble codes: P0320 (Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Circuit Fault), P0351 (Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Fault), P0357 (Ignition Coil G Primary/Secondary Circuit Fault), P061B, P2106 (TAC System- Forced Limited Power).
