| 2003 Volvo S40 1.9L Excessive Emissions, Poor Idle Quality, Cuts out, Stall VIN: YV1VS27593 Pete hit the nail on the head. I found the lower hose to the intercooler off. The airflow from the turbo was not getting to the engine. Everyone else was correct as well. The fuel pressure regulator is also leaking. That however doesn't appear to be affec...
