Tested purge valve and it holds vacuum when closed and allows flow when commanded open. Changed NVLD as it is usually the issue. Code came back. Changed purge valve even though it tests... HE SAW THE DISTRIBUTOR ROTOR SPINNING AND ASSUME IT OK. I GRAB ON THE ROTOR AND IT SPIN ALL THE WAY AROUND. INSTALL ANOTHER GM DISTRIBUTOR AND PROBLEM IS FIXED...
