| 1995 Dodge Caravan SE 3.0L No Start VIN: 2B4GH4530S I used an incandescent test light at the negative side of the coil when cranking. I did not get a flashing result in the test light which I was told indicated the PCM had failed. I replaced the PCM and the engine fired right up. Thanks to all who gave advise. ... |
