| 2016 Ford Transit-250 3.2L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1FTYR1CV4G Found Injector Cylinder #3 leaking causing the efficiency code. Only found it after one cold morning start up with smoke at tail pipe. Never set any other code. Once injector was replaced test drove 75 miles all monitors set Trouble codes: P2002 (Particulate Filter Efficeincey below threshold). |
