We are having problems with code P0191. Have followed SI from GM guidelines, looked for chaffed wires, rubbed through wires, fretting on connections, corrosion on connections, cleaned engine/frame grounds. the fix was locating a broken wire in the rear harness half way between the cab and taillights,which was caused by a previous repair not being properly insulated. gotta love those
