2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT 5.3L MIL Lamp on VIN: 3GCUKREC7H P2097/P2099 return after approximately 50 miles or more. Truck runs fine and no obvious issues other than check engine light. 2008 Pontiac G5 GT 2.4L idles too high VIN: 1G2AN18B68 I fixed the car by manually inputting a 2009 in the scanner. That allowed me to relearn the idle. Interesting that we used to do that at times years and years ago to make things work but have not in so long I had forgotten about that trick |
