Thanks to all who responded! YES Its a head gasket issue in its earliest of stages. As you can imagine my customer is thinking about the repairs. With age and mileage a factor. I haven't repaired this one but it was a head gasket problem
2014 Toyota Tundra SR5 4.6L engine
The Tom Coyle response seemed to be the clue. There is a plate below the intake manifold that the pcv valve screws into. This plate has a drain that was gummed up with sludge and we replaced the plate & unstopped the front drain. All seems to be well now.
