we replace the filler neck and fuel tank pressure sensor ( sensor was reading 4.5v) i don't know if that might cause to the purge valve keep venting more than it need... thank you all of you guys for your time... Trouble codes: P0446 (Evaporative Emission Control System Vent Control Circuit Malfunction).
