Thanks for the help. The electrical parts list a transfer case position switch. The electric diagram doesn?t show it. Very hard to fix when it has to be fixed cheap. I passed on it.

2007 Ford Fusion SE 2.3L Electronic VIN: 3FAHP07Z37
The customer found a buyer for the car, and came and got it. Many suggestions said to check the wiring on the sensor. This sensor was the only one on the car. If I ever find out about the car in the future, I will post an update.
