Thanks for the suggestions guys. The problem turned out to be an internal short between pins inside C2 at the PCM. Fortunately I had a 2010 Ram 5.7 here for other issues so I compared voltages at C2 on it. Some of the pins in C2 will have varying levels of vol... Trouble codes: P0300 (Random missfire).
