| 2009 Audi Q7 3.6L starting VIN: WA1AY74L69 pcv system replaced. oil all over engine bay. belt came off , vehicle battery light came on, customer pulled over. came in on hook. replaced serpentine belt now vehicle will not start. almost sounds like timing is off but no codes. please help |

| 2007 BMW 550i 4.8L Unknown VIN: WBANB53567 auto came in trunk wouldn't close. rand r trunk latch. latch was very hot. put new latch in still will not close. if you unplug elect. plug to latch trunk will close and you can open with key. but not key fob. don't know where to begin |
