| 2009 Saturn Outlook XE 3.6L Stall VIN: 5GZER13D09 finally got this one. ran a new wire from the pcm to the fpcm and everything was fixed. problem was in connector x405. when i unplugged the connector it looked fine but was green in the body side. thanks for all the help.
