| 2003 Lincoln Town Car Executive 4.6L engine VIN: 1LNHM81W93 car was running fine they shut it off and it would not do anything, the dashlights come on but will not turn over. jumped starter and car will not start. hooked up scanner and it will not connect to computer. anybody got any idea's where to start? |

The first reply helped a lot After knowing that the fuel pump module controlled the ground that made me start thinking . I first started by disconnecting the two control wires at the module key on and it still ran full speed Next ... Trouble codes: P0191, P0463. |
