Have checked timing belt twice have scoped it cam does not line up in sync pattern of crank sensor for left side the right side does have touched both battery cables together to relearn operated both vvt solenoids and engine acts like egr valve actuated Trouble codes: P0016 (Cam position correlation), P0011 (Timing overadvanced)

thanks to all. it was a tire issue. I service this truck and I ASSumed it had matching tires. I did not know he had 2 tires replaced. stupid me (getting old). 4 matching tires fixed it. thank you, Roland
