| 1998 Ford F-150 XL 4.2L Excessive Emissions VIN: 2FTZF1723W Vehicle will not go into closed loop for more than a couple of seconds if at all. When it does ST fuel trims go -30 but oxygen sensors don't reflect this change. Inducing a large vacuum leak improves engine idle but oxy sensors still red over 0.8volts. I am le...
