| 2005 Kia Rio 1.6L Poor Idle Quality, Hesitation, Surge, MIL Lamp on VIN: KNADC12585 Unfortunately, this vehicle made it's way to the dealer and rather than have it repaired, the customer opted for payments on an new car. I was hoping to find out what the fix was. My suspicion was a PCM fault but was not given authorization to proceed. Thanks ...
