I am sorry to say I only received 3 replies. The problem was not the O2 sensor heaters at all. The heaters get the blame because the O2 sensor signal does not come up off of bias voltage. The problem was a poor low ref (signal ground) before the splice inside... Trouble codes: P0134 (O2 Sensor Circuit No activity Detected Bank 1 Generic side PCM), P0154 (O2 Sensor Circuit No activity Detected Bank 2 Generic side PCM), P0155 (O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 2 Generic side PCM), P0135 (O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank 1 Generic side PCM), P20AB, P2010 (O2 Sensor 2 Triple 1 Electrical Fault enhanced side PCM).
