| 2001 Honda Civic EX 1.7L No Start VIN: 1HGEM22951 Most of you hit it on the head. It was the ECT sensor for the computer. Once it got to a certain temperature it would drop to -40 and slowly climb from there. Don't know why it didn't throw a code for it. And when you tried to restart it, it would flood itself...
