| 2003 Mazda 6 S 3.0L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1YVFP80D63 The problem turned out to be the EGR boost solenoid. It worked great when it was cold. So I decided to run it on the lift. After 15 minutes the solenoid stopped working. The coil in the solenoid went completely open when hot and after cooling down it worked ok... Trouble codes: P1487, P2227 (Egr boost sensor circut). |
