| 2008 Cadillac SRX 4.6L MIL Lamp on VIN: 1GYEE53A28 Thanks for the replies... It turns out that the two wires that control the VVT magnet had become brittle. The insulation had cracked and flaked off, while the few strands of copper inside the wire were breaking apart. All of this happened due to the tugging...
