| 2008 Saab 9-5 2.3t 2.3L MIL Lamp on VIN: YS3ED49GX8 I have now inherited this Saab from another tech here in the shop. I first checked the O2 heater. KOER I get 13.4v going through the heater. I believe it's ok. On a test drive, the O2 voltage goes between 0.3v and 0.7v while cruising. On hard turbo boost acc...
